This channel rack is ideal for the situation that demands ready all round access to the equipment and security is not an issue.
Sizes range from 27RU up to 45RU in both 19”, 23” formats. The channel is 100mm in width. Both the front and rear flanges are punched to IEC standard for M6 cage nuts. These racks are constructed in steel and are finished in Black powder coat. Racks can also be configured to the ETSI format.
DATA CABINET
A simple, 19” data cabinet for low level patching and cable configurations, where security is not an issue.
This basic cabinet will suit under desk, desktop and wall mount applications. Strong and robust, it comes supplied assembled with front and rear adjustable mounting angles. We’ve adopted the Henry Ford motto for finish “Any color you like as long as it’s black”, Sable Black Powder Coat to be precise.

S2005B (Enclosed Data Cabinet)
These columns further increase the versatility of the S2005 cabinets, by effectively integrating the front mounting angle into the corner between the mounted equipment and the front of the cabinet.
The columns complement all existing configurations, and they may be specified in all 600, 700, and 800 wide cabinets, which may then be bayed with all 2005 cabinets of the same height and depth.
They can be fitted to the front, rear, or both front &rear of the cabinet, and produce a setback of just 45mm thus ensuring maximum usable depth.
These columns are intended for use where ready access to equipment is a primary requirement and a door is not needed. Radio, TV, and Recording Studios are good examples of this application.
Should doors be required, all of the 2005 range of doors may be considered, in either glass, metal or acrylic.
Care should however be exercised when using doors with these columns, as many panels have switches, handles etc. that protrude out and could interfere with the door closing. Distance between mounting and inside of door is 45mm. As with all our cabinet range, all standard accessories are available.

NETWORK SERVER CABINET
MFB has developed this Network Server Cabinet in response to the needs to house large file servers and other large equipment. Based on the successful Series 2005 range, this cabinet is further complimented with additional features for stability and increased airflow.
New deeper file servers have lead to the release of a 1200mm (1.2m) deep version of the rack. For ease of use and safety, the frame has been designed so that the sides consist of 2 x 600mm panels with a vertical support. In addition, there are frame supports in the base and stiffening in the top panel. This assures the frame will be strong and stable to support large loads.
Some items of modern equipment require significant front to rear air flow. MFB has developed a functional glazed door, with large vented areas either side of the glass or acrylic panel. When matched with the vented metal rear door, maximum air flow is achieved.
S2005 – 1200mm Deep
This Series 2005 Cabinet is a perfect choice for large servers, the rack has an overall depth of 1200mm with a maximum internal mounting depth of 1060mm. the frame is designed so that the sides consist of 2 x 600mm panels with a vertical support. In addition, there are frame supports in the base and stiffening in the top panel, this ensures the frame will be strong and stable to support large loads.

These cabinets may be bayed to existing series 2005 cabinets for continuity of line.
Frame colour is black powder coat. Othe colours available on request.
